This new luxury Balmoral retreat recently styled by EVOLVE is the epitome of modern sophisticated living. With stunning water views, this unique property sold for a street record during lockdown. EVOLVE stylists drew inspiration from the stunning finishes throughout the architecturally designed home, from the concrete floors and ceilings to the varying shades found in the hardwood floors. The finished look needed to be elevated and luxurious in the main living space, yet urban and modern in the media room retreat.
To achieve the design objective, EVOLVE stylists used marble and mirrored finishes throughout the formal living space, adding pops of green and blue to draw on the beautiful external ocean views. In the media room our stylists used raw timbers, neutral linens and earthy tone art and accents to create a relaxed urban vibe. The design objective aimed to utilise a mix of urban contemporary and luxurious styling to appeal to a wide variety of potential buyers and showcase this unique property to its full potential.
