The EVOLVE team absolutely loved styling this contemporary warehouse conversion in Annandale. The historic townhouse has an industrial charm located inside an old brigade building which makes the interior just as unique as the exterior. The sleek contemporary design reflects relaxed modern living, with the showstopper being the huge green wall in the courtyard visible from all angles of the sun-drenched, open plan living spaces.
The home is contemporary and sophisticated filled with natural elements and raw materials. We kept the palette neutral using beige and white tones and layered textured accessories keeping it earthy, grounded with plenty of greenery. Large mirrors were also added to reflect the nature that exists outdoors.
