This gorgeous weatherboard cottage is the perfect blend of quaint and modern. Boasting stunning natural oak parquetry flooring throughout the lower levels and pops of matt black fixtures for a modern touch. Evolve modelled Goodsir St in a contemporary luxe style using bold green, blue and ochre throughout, a very on trend colour palette for 2022. To create a warm, unique and inviting space, colourful prints were used throughout the home in the form of art and cushions.
Playing with texture in the living space, our stylists used a chunky wool rug, paired with velvets and textured linens to give the space depth and warmth. High end Italian vases and marble sculptures were the finishing touches that created a unique environment for potential buyers to fall in love with.
