Sold in just seven days with Harbour facing views, lots of natural light and modern high end finishes, this stunning architecturally renovated federation home is the epitomy of luxurious open plan living. Spread over three floors this family-friendly home was a joy for the EVOLVE team to style.
Evolve stylists drew inspiration from the natural timber and grey stone flooring throughout by selecting natural linen based furnishings with soft greys and blues found in the natural tile. Green pops of colour were added to elevate the space, contrast the honey timber kitchen and add warmth. Green and purple toned art created a flow from the inside to the outside entertaining area, matching the colour found in the landscaping.
Upstairs the inspiration was taken from the federation fireplace in the bedroom using traditional colours found typically in the surrounding tiles. Royal blues and emerald greens finished with a bold floral cushion similar to the patterns popular during the 1800s. All of this combined with modern finishes of brushed black matt metal and neutral linens to create a stylish and unique look.
