The gorgeous restored Victorian property is loaded with charm. The perfect blend of old world and new, this freshly renovated four-bedroom home is the epitome of sophisticated modern living. Evolve drew inspiration from the black iron fixtures and grey stone floors when choosing the cool toned colour palette in the dining space. To balance the darker furnishings and bring warmth to the space, we used bright green accessories, original hand painted canvas art with yellow tones and a cream wool rug that pulled the look together creating a sense of a Chic yet inviting dining space, the real heart of the home.
To compliment the bold black feature wall in the living space, we introduced a bright and eye-catching rust feature chair and tied the look together with a textured feather art that incorporated both black and rust tones. This property was a joy to style and did not last long on the market, selling in 4 weeks for an incredible price.
