Characterised by its sensational setting in a quiet Paddington Cul-de-sac, boasts this architectural showpiece presenting sophisticated luxury living. It’s contemporary design and functional spaces is what really sets it apart, such as the separate studio at the rear of the home which our team created a flexible study and private bedroom sanctuary.
Our team curated a sleek contemporary feel based on the raw concrete floors and marble surfaces yet adding warmth and texture to attract a family driven demographic. We incorporated an earthy palette with the addition of timber, pops of green, grey and neutral hues to bring the outdoors in and focused on quality and relaxed family living.
