EVOLVE had the privilege of styling this extraordinary harbourfront residence, a truly world-class property nestled in one of Sydney’s most exclusive and coveted waterfront enclaves. With sweeping, uninterrupted ocean views that wrap around the entire home, this architectural masterpiece offers a breathtaking backdrop from every angle.
Spanning across multiple levels, the property boasts an impressive array of luxury features: two expansive living areas, two luxury kitchens equipped for entertaining, multiple balconies with panoramic views, and a private wellness retreat that includes a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and ice bath. The home also includes four generously proportioned bedrooms, each designed with both comfort and elegance in mind.
EVOLVE’s qualified stylists chose a refined design direction focusing on timeless sophistication with a soft coastal aesthetic. The goal was to complement, not compete with, the natural beauty that surrounds the home.
The interiors embrace a light and airy palette, with soft blues, warm neutrals, and organic textures echoing the hues of the sea and sky. On the upper level, a more elegant, curated look is achieved using refined materials, pops of bold colour, and the subtle glamour of gold and brass accents. These elements elevate the space while maintaining a harmonious balance with the panoramic views beyond.
In contrast, the lower level, home to the indoor pool and wellness studio takes on a more relaxed, coastal-luxe vibe. Here, the styling leans into calming tones of blue, soft whites, and natural materials, creating a tranquil retreat that still feels luxurious and cohesive with the rest of the home.
