Every property starts as a blank canvas, and our job is to turn that canvas into an inviting, creative space that a buyer can fall in love with.

From our talented stylists, logistics legends and the office administration team who keep the whole operation running. Every person plays an important part in bringing a property to life.

Our stylists begin by curating a list of pieces that are perfectly suited to each individual home. Every decision is carefully considered, from the layout and space planning to how we can best utilize the space and highlight the important features. Lighting, photography, flow and buyer experience are all considered. The goal is to create a space that not only looks beautiful but allows buyers to truly envision themselves living there.

Our stylists hand pick furniture from our warehouse, one by one. From the perfect lounge to dining chairs and side tables, every item is chosen with the purpose of complementing the home. Once the furniture is locked in, artwork, rugs, cushions and accessories are selected, bringing colour, texture and personality. It’s all about finding the right balance, creating depth and interest while tying everything together into one cohesive scheme.

Once the stylists are finished, it’s time for the logistics team to step in. They carefully pack and organize everything into our trucks and vans, making sure everything is accounted for and ready to go.

Our stylists start the day getting ready for the install, reviewing the furniture list, making sure everything is packed and ready to go, and briefing the team on the day ahead.

Of course, all of this is done with coffee in hand. Install days are busy and full of excitement and movement so keeping the energy high is essential!

At the Property

As the trucks and vans arrive at the property, the real excitement begins. We are greeted with a home, ready for us to work our magic. This is one of the best parts. Being able to watch all our creativity and hard work come together in a single day.

If it’s a partial/integrated style, we begin walking through the home and ensuring all the owner’s existing items are still there and where they are meant to be. The team will also run through any questions or concerns the vendor may have. From there, the lead stylist takes charge directing the team through the home explaining the vision for each room.

The Installation Begins

Sofas are lifted, tables are carried, rugs are rolled out and beds are assembled. While our stylists are unpacking tubs, plugging in lamps and unbagging what feels like an endless supply of cushions. This is what we like to call organized chaos. As the space begins to take shape, our stylists start placing furniture and accessories. The logistics team are always on standby moving pieces back and forth. Sometimes more than we would like to admit.

How many cushions are too many? Which artwork compliments the overall colour palette best? Every decision plays a crucial role in bringing the space together to create a cohesive, inviting and thoughtfully styled space.

The Final Touches!

Once everything is in place, the team moves into the final stage of the transformation. Artwork is hung, beds are ironed and items are cleaned. We vacuum and sweep and make sure every detail is perfect. What was once a blank canvas is now a refined and sophisticated space that buyers can imagine themselves living in.

Before our stylists leave, we like to take a moment to capture some photos of the finished space. We walk through each room in the eyes of the buyer, we want every room to make a lasting impression.
