Nestled privately on a 1,144sqm plot just 100 meters from the waterfront of beautiful Cremorne Reserve, this captivating c1893 Victorian manor boasts a rich history, showcased through its charming sandstone exterior. One of the original residences on Cremorne Point, this rare harbourside mansion was one that EVOLVE was excited to be a part of.
Our stylists drew inspiration from the parklike gardens and the timber wraparound veranda by styling the living room with cream and earthy tones furnishings, such as forest green velvet armchairs paired with orange and green handblown glass accessories.
Perfect for entertaining and everyday living, the spectacular glass encased conservatory was a room we were excited to style. To capture it’s light and surroundings, our stylists selected timber and wicker furnishings and added cream colours to enhance the sandstone interior.
