This Reserve Street Annandale property is a perfect example of how considered styling can elevate an already exceptional design.
One of the standout features of the home is its breathtaking kitchen, anchored by a 2.8-metre Arabescato Rosso marble island. The bold veining of the marble is a natural focal point, so our stylist’s approach was intentionally restrained and sophisticated to allow the material to shine. Subtle textures, sculptural décor and carefully selected furniture were layered into the space to complement the marble rather than compete with it. This approach draws the eye toward the kitchen’s craftsmanship while reinforcing the sense of understated luxury that defines the home.
Throughout the property, finishes such as engineered oak flooring, high ceilings and expansive windows create an airy and refined foundation. Our stylists have enhanced these elements by introducing soft, tactile materials that have added warmth and depth while maintaining the home’s polished aesthetic.
Black accents highlight the home’s architectural lines, while warm whites and gentle taupes soften the palette, creating a balanced and inviting interior. By keeping the palette refined and tonal, the styling reinforces the sense of tranquility already present in the home’s design.
In this Annandale residence, each room was styled to demonstrate both scale and possibility, from welcoming living areas that encourage gathering, to bedrooms designed as calm retreats. Carefully considered layers of texture, artwork and décor bring warmth and personality while allowing the home’s premium finishes to remain the hero.
