Stylist Roles

EVOLVE Styling is Sydney’s Premier Property Stylists.  Due to business growth, we currently have a number of Stylist roles available including trainee, casual and full time positions.

 

If you are passionate about Interior Design and want to join a join a professionally operated, well-established business and be part of a dynamic team that transforms some of Sydney’s most prestigious properties, then this could be the role for you.

 

Tasks & responsibilities

-Transform client properties via space planning, design and furnishing selection

-Install and bump out Property Styling projects at client sites

-Pack and unpack accessories for dispatch and returns

 

Minimum qualification & experience

Education: HSC or equivalent is required.

Technical Skills: Interior Decorating and/or Design skills (Qualifications required for Permanent roles)

Driving Skills:  A current Motor Vehicle licence (minimum equivalent to NSW P2 licence) and 3+ months Australian driving experience is required to drive company vehicles.

Industry experience: Ability to demonstrate a passion or experience in Interior Design and ideally a minimum of 6 months in a customer service role.

Personal qualities: Must have the capacity to work under pressure and deliver on time and to schedule. Work must be of high quality and attention to detail is important. Honesty, trustworthiness, dedication, reliability and the ability to work both autonomously and also in a team environment is key.

Technology skills: Computer skills, MS Excel, Word and eMail is compulsory. PowerPoint, CAD, Photoshop, Photography, eCommerce and Social Media is advantageous.

Communication skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a good command of the English language (both written and verbal) is essential.

Removalist Driver & Warehouse Storeperson

EVOLVE Styling is Sydney’s Premier Property Stylists. Our team is passionate about preparing and transforming Sydney’s most prestigious properties for sale.

 

We are looking for a team player to join our dynamic logistics team.

 

If you like a variety of challenges and attending some of Sydney’s most beautiful locations each day, then this could be the role for you.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

-Assist to transform client properties by installing/removing designer furniture and hanging art/mirrors

-Load, unload and drive company vehicles (vans and 4.5T trucks)

-Maintain effective warehouse stock control and location placement

-Administer goods receiving inspections and paperwork as per company procedures

-Keep inventory (rental stock) in good condition

 

Qualifications & Experience

Driving Skills: A current Motor Vehicle Licence is required and the ability to drive a manual vehicle is essential. A Stock Pickers (LO) and Forklift (LF) would be beneficial but not mandatory as certified training can be provided

Technical Skills: Experience with loading, securing cargo, operating and unloading of vehicles is required. An understanding of basic hand tools and their appropriate uses. Basic building, agriculture knowledge and forklift driving skills would be advantageous

Industry Experience: Having worked in a Removalist role would be highly regarded

Personal Qualities: Must have the capacity to work under pressure and deliver on time and to schedule. Work must be of high quality and attention to detail is important. Honesty, trustworthiness, dedication, reliability and the ability to work in a team environment is key

Technology Skills: Ability to use eMail and Text on a mobile phone is mandatory. The ability to use a computer for Word, Excel and eMail would be beneficial

Communication Skills: Ability to engage clients and team members in a professional manner is required

Work Rights: Must be able to provide ongoing work in Australia
